'Milk and Snow' is a graphic novel. It's an autobiographic story about my exchange project in Finland, when I used to study painting at the Academy of Antwerp. I arrived in Turku, a city near the coast, in the south of Finland. I met a lot of new people and a totally different culture. After one month I left Turku for a four-days-trip to Lapland, with a group of exchange students from all over Europe. During that trip I fell in love with Gill, an Irish girl from our group. After that trip to Lapland everything seems different to me.
